Termolita was founded in 1970. Our main activity is the
extraction, expansion and processing of mineral perlite. We
are producers of an ample variety of products based on
mineral perlite and other similar materials.
Our Perlite deposits are located in north central Mexico, in
the state of Durango. These deposits have proven reserves
that assure constant supply for our national and international customers.
Our Plant and offices are located in north eastern Mexico
just outside of Monterrey and a mere two hours form the
American border with Laredo, Texas.
The company has three commercial divisions. Thus we have an
industrial division that provides for the filtration,
cryogenic, horticultural, refractory, textile, foundry and
functional filler markets. All of these products comply with
the Perlite Institute and international standards.
Additionally, we have a construction division that supplies
the wall and roof deck insulation markets as well as the
wall finish (stucco) and slope to drain markets. All of
our construction products comply with ASTM and the Perlite
Institute standards. Also, within the construction division
we have a precast division which is in charge of producing
our light weight, insulating block called Termoblock.
Finally under our services division we apply ultralight
concrete both perlite and foam based (cellular). We also
mechanically apply insulating wall finishes under the
AISLAMURO and CUBREMURO brand names.

TECNOCASA.

Termoblock: Ultralight insulating block (not for
structural use).
Termobrick: Ultralight insulating brick (for
structural use)

concrete applied at job site.
Celcore: Foam based insulating, ultralight concrete
applied at job site.
